A Royal Oak Selfwinding worth waiting for.
In 1972 Gérald Genta drew an octagonal bezel held by eight hexagonal screws, and Audemars Piguet made it in steel at the price of a gold watch. The 41 mm Selfwinding is its most direct descendant: the same octagon, the same screws, the same Grande Tapisserie dial.
